Yes. By signing in you can access all the videos you purchased and download the videos again whenever you need. That way you don't have to download all the formats that are available for you at once, the files will always be there for you.

What if I need to download the video files again?
You can download the videos whenever you need to, here is how:
Option #1:
Login (top right corner of Tutitu's website).
Go to "Store" page.
Go to "Account Maintenance" (from the left bar).
Click "view" on the order that contains your requested file.
Option #2:
Find the download ID from the email the you recieved after the purchase.
Go to "Store" page and click on "download area" from the left bar.

Option #3:
